WHAT IS DEHYDRATION!!!!!
Before knowing the dehydration effects on the body, we must know what dehydration is and why it happens. Hydration is the presence of water and dehydration is the absence of water in the body.
Dehydration is caused due to lack of water in our body. when our body doesn't get as much water as it requires to function our health system. Due to lack of water, our body can't function properly.
SIGNS OF DEHYDRATION
If there is not enough water in the body, there is a possibility of dehydration. Excessive sweating, vomiting or diarrhea often causes the body to lose more water. Then in various ways your body tells you that you are suffering from dehydration. But in many cases we do not understand them. The less water you drink, the more likely it is to show signs. This all depends on how much water is missing in your body.

1. MUSCLE CLAMS
When you exercise in extreme heat, the body also gets hot. It needs enough water to cool down. But when dehydrated, the muscles do not get that water. So there is a possibility of getting muscle clamps in the hands and feet. Keep in mind, however, that drinking too little water can create this problem even in the cold.
2. DRY SKIN
Many people think that people who sweat a lot have dehydration problems in their body. But the truth is a bit different. When the problem of dehydration increases a lot, the skin becomes dry. There is a way to know it. Try cutting the pinch by hand if the skin wrinkles for a long time and taking time to be normal. That means your body is running out of required water and you need to drink more water.
3. TENDENCY TO EAT SUGAR
When the body gets dehydrated, the liver cannot function properly. The liver makes glycogen from water which provides energy to our body. But if there is not enough water, the body will be needing more food. So the body gives the signal to the brain and to fulfill the requirements the brain increases the tendency to eat salty snacks, chocolate and sweets.
4. HEADACHE
Migraine pain often starts with dehydration. So if you hold your head all the time and are suffering from a headache, fill a big glass and drink water. And occasionally sip water or any other beverage (detox water, fruit juice, sherbet, yoghurt, whey, etc.) throughout the day. There will be a lot of relief.
WHO CAN GET AFFECTED EASILY!!!
Anyone can be dehydrated but in some categories people get affected very easily.
Older people usually forget small things. When they realise that he/she needs to drink water then they can't drink that much water as the body wants due to their age.
Diabetes patients can't hold water in their body so they need to drink a lot of water. But every time it is not possible for anyone as a result they can get dehydrated.
Sick people of babies who have low immunity can also get dehydrated if they don't drink that much water which the body requires.
Due to hot and humid weather, people can get dehydrated.
HOW TO CURE!!!
If you get dehydrated, drink water, oral hydration solutions, fruits and vegetables, juice, don't pee frequently, stay under shade and try to keep your body cool and take rest.
IMPORTANT FACTS
Oral saliva has antibacterial properties. But drinking less water does not produce more saliva and increases bacteria in the mouth. That is the reason the bad smell comes out from the mouth. This is also the reason for getting up in the morning and smelling bad. Our body produces less saliva during sleep. So, after getting up in the morning, we can drink a lot more water than usual.
