How to make CheeseCake?

The meaning of Cheesecake is hidden inside the name of it. Cheese cake was first discovered at ancient Greece.

Cheesecake may be baked or unbaked (and is usually refrigerated). Cheesecake is a sweet dessert which consists of one or more layers. The most important layer consists of a mixture of a soft, fresh cheese (typically cottage cheese, cream cheese or ricotta, mascarpone)and sugar and other flavouring agents. If it is unbaked, there will be a bottom layer which generally made with crushed cookies.


HOW TO MAKE CHEESECAKE?




Cheesecake is a combination of cheese and cake. The cheese which can be used for making cheese cake are cottage cheese, cream cheese, mascarpone etc. You can also use yogurt to make cheese cake.

There main three layers needed to make cheese cake. They are Base, Body, Topping or garnish.

Today I am going to share unbaked cheesecake making process. The name of the Cheesecake is BLUBERRY CHEESECAKE.


Ingredients

Digestive biscuits 300gm

Cream cheese 350bm

Lemon 1p

Gelatin 10gm

Whipped cream 300gm

Honey 2 ½ teaspoon

Sugar 120gm

Blueberry crush (flavour)

Butter 30gm

Method


Crush the Digestive biscuits and add honey, butter, 2 teaspoons of sugar and mix all very well. Wet the gelatin in water.


Place the mixture on a caketin (make sure the cake tin can be opened) and press to make a solid crust. Then put it in the freezer to cool down for 15 minutes.


Mixing up whipped cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla essence, gelatin,sugar and cream cheese in large bowl and make sure the mixture is smooth and every ingredients is mixed up properly.


Bring the cake tin from freezer and place the entire filling in it and smoothen the top using a rubber spatula. Put it in freezer for 20 minutes and add blueberry crush on top and spread it using a rubber spatula.



Put it into freezer for 21/2 hours to 3 hours. After 3 hours put it into a chiller for one hour then serve.


Instead of Bluberry you can have any type of flavour on your choice. You can also add the flavour in the filling of the cheesecake.
