When a person looks older than his/her actual age then it is called a Premature Aging.From some research it is revealed that some of our bad habits can cause the Premature Aging which affects our skin first. There are some gestures which can help you to understand if you are affected by premature Aging or not.The gestures are wrinkles on the face, feels pain when lifting heavy bags, whitening of hairs.
These symptoms appear to different people in different ways. It affects our life style work, food etc.

The scientists say there are some habit which affects our skin first and start the process of premature aging. We can't change our behaviour genetically but we can control the factors to look younger.
The habits are-

1. Stress

It has found that stress acn cause a premature aging which affects on our skin. Wrinkles are formed on face, specially at the lower part of the eye and it also affects on the smoothness and elegance of the skin. These wrinkles form due to the high ammount of cortisol, the stress hormone, which can break down the skin's collagen and elastin. Chronic Stress can increase inflammation,cause skin aging, accelerating the formation of wrinkles.
Low sleep also increases stress level and can cause premature aging.

2. Smoking

Smoking cigarettes can cause for aging on skin.Nicotine and other chemicals in cigarettes increase the wrinkles and premature aging of skin. Nicotine cause blood vessels to narrow and reduce oxygen flow and nutrients to skin cells.As a result skin looks dull and aged. Skin can repair itself if smoking can be stopped.

3. Sunlight

Sunlight is rich with Vitamin D which has many health benefits but in the other ways sunlight can cause for aging. As the ozone layer is getting thinner the sun's UV ray can come to earth which is harmful to our skin and it affects our aging factors.

4. Drinking Soda 

As the soda associated with our cell growth, Drinking Soda everyday increases the ages of the body cells. It can also cause metabolic disorders. Food with high suger can also affects in cell's Aging.

There are some other factors that can help one to control this premature aging. It has proven that laughing can reduce the wrinkles on skin. It happens because when you laugh you feel happy and it increases the oxygen flow in your body and it works as exercise which reduce the stress hormone level and help the skin to repair.
