Why you should wake up at 3.45 AM?
Our ancestors used to called this time as Brahma Muhurta(Time to find Brahma Gyan).Now the world has changed and we are so obsessed with technology that we ignore the word 'Brahma Muhurta' without knowing the scientific reasons. We say Brahma Muhurta is a primitive phase without a strong logic.
Today 3.45am is not the perfect time.The actual time is 20 to 30 minutes before sunrise. When the time(3.45am) was discovered as Bharmha Murat, the Sun used to rise at 4.00am but now it is different due to the polution and populations and other problems.Now the time would be 4.00am for Bhramha Murat.This time is different in other time zones.
Scientific views
At the time of 3.45am earth remains almost silent, polution level reaches it's lower level which makes this time perfect for meditation. At this time there is nothing which can disturb you from your focus., It just you and the nature and you can easily connect with it.
At this time cosmic energies(some calls spiritual energy or positive energy) flows all over the earth due lack of polution.This energy coordinates with our subconscious mind. To understand the energy one should reach that state of mind where he can conciously feel or achieve that energy.
It is said, If someone can do this, can achieve his/her goal in their life.But actually it is done by their subconscious mind. The cosmic energy just helps them to use their subconscious mind's power more easily.
If you notice sometimes we accidentally woke up between 3am to 5am, that means our subconscious mind was co-ordinating with cosmic energy. At that extraordinary moment subconscious mind sends a single to concious mind about the existence of the cosmic energy and force our mind to wake up.
[One thing one should understand is our mind is everything what we need to understand. The energy from the outside just helps us to connect with our mind more easily and more deeply.]
