WHAT IS CURD OR YOGURT!!!
Curd is a dairy product which can be prepared by curdling milk using acidic products like lemon juice, vinegar and even curd itself. Curdling is a process where milk gets coagulated which is caused by any acidic products. It is the very first stage of processing of cheese where rennet(an Enzyme) is used to separate milk solids and the whey. In industry, we can see curd is named as yogurt, but are they both the same? From the outside they are the same but the difference is in their making process. To make yogurt Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermphillus get used. Yogurt is a bacterial fermentation of milk where lactobacillus and thermphillus coagulate the milk and separate milk solids from the liquid. But there are not very strong differences between curd and yogurt, they both work similarly when they get inside the body.
