    The term 'Culinary' is not just refers to Cooking of any food but it covers all the relevant items, equipments which are required for a food preparation. Culinary is a combination of science and arts.Before you start your journey to the culinary World you must know about the history of culinary.

HISTORY OF CULINARY


History of culinary is one of the oldest and relevant subject in human history which was started more than 300000 years ago. That time human just began to use of fire for preparation of foods.They didn't have any idea what they are making but they do know the herbs and spices and their health benefits. Instead of eating them seperately, they combined the herbs with the food items and invented a new food preparation.

But when they actually learnt about the herbs and spices, uses of salt in food preparation cannot be answered. As this was started in all over the world, so which country people first invented this cannot be answered perfectly.

With time human started developing their own food preparation and they learnt about the value of food preparation and they made it a business. Alexander was the first who brought Greece spices and fruits from Persia. This way a trade root was made which was later used by Egyptians and Romanian.


Roman Empire was the most powerful elite that time in Europe as we all know form history. They used to take all grains from north Africa and shifted to Rome. For the protection of the grains they cleared the Mediterranean sea from the pirates.


The countries individually developed their own food preparation but after connecting with different countries they got to know about different herbs, spices, grains of othe countries as well as the food preparations and this communication gave birth of several new food preparations.

From here the term 'Cuisine' was first found. History says french cuisine was beginning of modern dining in western world.


Though the development of food preparation was not so easy. It took several years to make a food preparation perfect.Egyptians first started to refine the food preparation and Greek described the importance of different kitchen equipments (like frying pan)in any food preparation. Though Roman Empire was known as the most powerful elite that time but they also played a vital role to refine their food preparations. That was the reason Roman Empire used to be known as a sense of culinary art.


Now in twentieth century the food preparations are developed very well and it is still developing.Now food is not described by its taste but it covers the look(presentation), taste, health benefits, nutritional values, etc.
